- Handle inbound and outbound Customer Service and Sales communications to sell and maintain memberships, nutrition and personal training programming.
- Answering/ returning phone calls and emails from customers and prospects.
- Help create consistent customer experience in the club by keeping it clean and attending to/being engaged with member needs while there.
- Greeting Clients: working at the front desk, you will be greeting, checking in, scheduling, and overall assisting our clients, trainers and owner with their needs.
- Client and trainer scheduling, Customer service tasks, (order entry, phone calls, e-mails) Work on special projects, execute marketing as required (e-mail, postcards, etc.)

- Commute & Transportation - must live in/near (or be willing to relocate to) Hudson or Roberts, WI and have reliable transportation to-and-from work. Punctuality is critical.
- Schedule Flexibility - on-boarding for this position will require several hours of shadowing staff at different days and times throughout the week. Once officially hired, a more consistent schedule will be enforced, but all team members must remain flexible in their ability to attend meetings, pick-up training sessions, and cover shifts.

- Ability to work afternoon and early evenings is needed for some of the hours during and after onboarding
